Behind the Brand
My name is Zahir James, and I’m the owner and chef of Zahtic.Eatz LLC. At the heart of my company is a mission to serve elevated, flavorful food at an affordable cost. I’m passionate about continuously learning, experimenting, and developing innovative ways to highlight seasonal ingredients through creative, soul-warming dishes.
Food has always been deeply personal to me. I grew up in a vegan and pescatarian household where my mother made healthy eating both exciting and enjoyable. While I can’t always promise my food is the healthiest on the menu, I do strive to bring that same spirit of intentional, balanced cooking to every dish I create.
With Zahtic.Eatz, my goal is more than just serving good food, it’s to be a part of each customer’s food journey, offering meals that nourish, inspire, and bring people together.

From the start, Zahir went above and beyond—attending a walkthrough of the venue, planning an inclusive picnic-style menu that offered something for everyone (including those with dietary restrictions), and even grilling onsite.
